You can pay via Debit/Credit cards, net banking of all the popular banks, Wallets like Paytm, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, UPI ID, while paying at the time of placing of the order or pay via cash at the time of delivery of the product. WOGOM reserves the right to cancel cash payment on delivery at any time and on any particular products as it may deem fit.
WOGOM reserves the right to modify/change the amount chargeable on any product or any other fees, change any terms of this clause as it may think fit at any time without any prior notice to you. However, such modification/change shall be made applicable prospectively.
You agree and understand that all payments shall only be made to bank accounts of WOGOM. WOGOM or its agents, representatives or employees shall never ask you to transfer money to any private account or to an account not held in the name of WOGOM. You agree that if you transfer any amount against any registration/placement of order or transaction to any bank account that is not legitimately held by WOGOM or to any personal account of any person, WOGOM shall not be held liable for the same. You shall not hold any right to recover from WOGOM any amount which is transferred by you to any third party.
You will not share your personal sensitive information like credit/debit card number, CVV, OTP, card expiry date, user IDs, passwords etc. with any person including the agents, employees or representatives of WOGOM. You shall immediately inform WOGOM if such details are demanded by any of its agents’ employees or representatives. You agree to provide correct and accurate financial information, such as credit/debit card details to the approved payment gateway for availing services on the Website. The Agreement will continue to apply until terminated by either you or WOGOM as set forth below. If you want to terminate your agreement with WOGOM , You may do so byclicking on “deactivate your account” button.

You agree that all claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation hereto the Website, this Agreement, or any transactions entered into on or through the Website or the relationship between you and WOGOM shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, India and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts. Each party hereby irrevocably waives any objection which such party may now or hereafter have to the laying of improper venue or forum non convenient. Each party agrees that a judgment in any such action or proceeding may be enforced in other jurisdictions by suit on the judgment or in any manner provided by law. When you use the Website or generate inquiry or contact us or make a communication with WOGOM,You agree and understand that you are communicating with WOGOM through electronic records and you consent to receive communications via electronic records from WOGOM periodically and as and when required. WOGOM will communicate with you by email or on your mobile number which will be deemed adequate service of notice / electronic record to the maximum extent permitted under any applicable law.
Notice: All notices with respect to this Agreementwill be served to you by email or by general notification on the Website. Any notice provided to WOGOM pursuant to this Agreement should be sent to Grievance Officer at info@wogom.co.
Assignment:You cannot assign or otherwise transfer any rights granted hereunder or any obligations, to any third party and any such assignment or transfer or purported assignment or transfer shall be void ab initio. WOGOM’ rights and/or obligations under the Agreement are freely assignable or otherwise transferable by WOGOM to any third parties without the requirement of seeking your prior consent.
Severability:If, for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of the parties as reflected by that provision, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. WOGOM may amend in a reasonable manner such provision to make it enforceable and such amendment will be given effect in accordance with the amendment terms of these Terms of Use.
Waiver:Any failure or delay by a party to enforce or exercise any provision of the Agreement, or any related right, shall not constitute a waiver by such party of that provision or right. The exercise of one or more of a party's rights hereunder shall not be a waiver of, or preclude the exercise of, any rights or remedies available to such party under these Terms of Use or in law or at equity. Any waiver by a party shall only be made in writing and executed by a duly authorized officer of such party.
Principal to Principal Relationship: You and WOGOM are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, association of persons, agency (disclosed or undisclosed), franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and WOGOM.
I hereby give my consent to Wogom & Rupifi to use my PAN card details and other necessary personal details required to fetch my CIBIL.
I authorize WOGOM to reach me on my registered mobile number through WhatsApp for any new launch/marketing/ Invoices or for any business-related communications.
